The mission of ROOTED is to provide Christian business women with a community of accountability, belonging, connection and discernment, where they feel safe to share their trials and triumphs as they bridge faith and business. When you visit, you'll experience an encouraging, compassionate environment that welcomes women of all industries, backgrounds, business experience, and levels of faith in their walk with the Lord. We ask visitors to respond and interact in the same way.

Opening and Closing Prayer
Each group coaching session starts and finishes with prayer because acknowledging God as CEO of our businesses is a key component of pursuing success God's way.

Group Coaching Topic presented by me
Each group coaching session centers around a topic that ambitious Christian women face in building their Kingdom businesses - be it a challenge or opportunity, it is always approached through Biblical truth, with actionable insights to enable members to apply what they learn right away. The foundation of my coaching is always related to 4 Keys to Redefine Hustle Framework (Define, Direct, Discipline and Develop).

Group Participation
While there is dedicated time for questions and prayer requests, ROOTED Members are encouraged to interject their questions, insights, etc. during the group coaching so as to deepen the discussion and share discernment for the benefit of each other. (Visitors may participate as such or just observe).

Confidentiality
What's discussed in the group coaching, stays in the group coaching. We take this very seriously, and trust that any visitors will honor this. It's why we don't record the sessions for external link access. We do live stream on our private FB group - however, only members have access to these sessions to replay within the confines of the group.
