God's already planted your calling in you,

As I researched and studied His Word, I discovered that I didn't have to search for my calling, God had already planted it in me. I simply needed to cultivate it!
That's why I created this retreat to help you cultivate your calling for ultimate impact and fulfillment!
The truth is:
God wonderfully created you.
Ps 139:13-14
He planned all your days, and what you would do before a single one of them began.
Ps 139:16
Because He knew you from the moment he formed you, He predestined and called you.
Romans 8:29-30
And based on these truths, your calling can only be cultivated through His unique definition and direction for you!
You need time with Him to dig into His truth and learn how to cultivate that calling.

Hi I'm Erin, and I'm your guide!
With 25 years of corporate leadership and over a decade in network marketing, I had all the business drive, tenacity and ambition that led to success. Yet something was still missing.
When a mentor led me to accept Christ, God began to peel back my layers of overachievement, self-reliance and pride, showing me how to redefine hustle and work WITH Him. Along the way, I felt alone as I began to do business differently than the world's way. I wasn't finding the community or coach I needed to stay focused on bridging my faith and business.
My own experience led to prayer over how I could help other women who felt the same way. They want more than a workshop with practical tools - they also want time to pause, to truly be still and know (Psalm 41:10), alongside their peers.
